2nd Bramhalls Got Talent Competition

21 Aug 2014

Are you a talented performer? why not enter Bramhall’s Got Talent this year?

Local people have the chance to prove that Bramhalls got talent in the second annual Bramhalls Got Talent competition.

The contest is searching for the best talent around – whether it’s the next SuBo, Dynamo or Ashley Banjo. The competition will take place at the Village Square on Saturday 4 October and is open to all ages, which is demonstrated by last year’s contestants – the youngest of whom was 7 whilst the oldest was 72.

The grand prize is £500 which has been donated by the event sponsors, Mosley Jarman, and the second prize of £100 has been donated by Solfix and third prize of £50 donated by Prydderch Financial Planning.

The event brings a feel-good factor to Bramhall and the organisers encourage people from across Greater Manchester to enter the competition. Ian Cartwright from Caramel Photography will be photographing the event on the day.

Wendy Green from ILoveBramhall.com says, “Following on from the success of Bramhalls Got Talent in 2013, the Bramhall Together Trust are pleased to be involved with organising the event in October. We are excited about seeing some fantastic acts from around the region and welcome all ages and talents!”

It’s only £10 to enter the contest and the deadline for entries is Monday 22 September. Entrants can register on the Bramhalls Got Talent website and pay their entry fee in cash at Modiste or Greetings in the Village Square.

Bramhalls Got Talent is organised by the tenants of the Village Square and Bramhall Together Trust – a newly formed group that encourages local businesses and community groups to work together for the benefit of the wider community.
