Amaranth welcomes Bramhall Business Mums
2 Jul 2015On Wednesday 1st July, over 20 local business women – all working mums – got together at Amaranth for a special Summer event with Bramhall & Cheadle Hulme Business Mums.
The group, who meet monthly to network and support each other professionally and socially, were spoiled with some wonderfully relaxing treatments, courtesy of Joanne Hill and the Amaranth team. Sessions included smoothie demonstrations, nutritional information, ‘scent sense’ and Bowen treatments. Coupled with delicious catering provided by Jessica Sharp of Fountains Road Bakery and Cafe, and a glass of bubbles, the evening was a huge success.
Family lawyer, Fiona Turner of Weightmans LLP, who co-ordinates the group thanked the mum-preneurs for coming and for their support over the last year. ‘We all deserve to relax and enjoy a special treat from time to time, especially when we are juggling busy careers and family life,’ said Fiona ‘and where better than at Amaranth, winner of Best Independent Retailer for the Natural and Organic Awards 2015.’
Bramhall and Cheadle Hulme Business Mums, together with Anna Lees of Bramhall employment law specialists Analysis Legal, are planning to support the charity Smart Works, who help low income women get back into the work place, by organising another event later in the year.
