Birthday bubbles, balloons and bargains: Glo Tanning turns 3!

It’s official: Glo Tanning Bramhall’s third birthday was our best yet! Dozens of visitors joined us at the salon over the weekend of June 29th and 30th and the fizz was free flowing. We’d like to extend a big thank you to everyone who joined us over the two-day event and made it such a special occasion.

Customers past and present popped in to celebrate with us on Friday and Saturday; we were delighted to sign up lots of new clients, too. The Bramhall Festival was in full swing on the Saturday so we welcomed even more visitors than anticipated – luckily, we’d stockpiled the prosecco and cupcakes, which were enjoyed by everyone.

Thanks to our eager promo guys and girls (Joe’s cousins, in fact!), our flyers enticed lots of guests to stop by, including I Love Bramhall founder and local celebrity Wendy Green. We were in party mode from mid-afternoon until 8pm on both days – the music was pumping and we all had fun in the sun out on our beautifully decked terrace.

Tanya Bardo home fragrance range launch

Over our birthday weekend we also made the exciting announcement that we’ve been chosen as a stockist for Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardo’s home fragrance range. Stylishly packaged and sublimely scented, Tanya’s branded range of candles and diffusers quickly sold out at her boutique following the official launch but visitors were still able to stock up at Glo Tanning Bramhall.

Among the scents we stock is Angel Wish – which combines delicate rose and peony – and Love and Happiness, with a heart of white jasmine. Many of the fragrances are available in both candle and diffuser format and are highly scented to create a long-lasting aroma.

Bargains and bags of goodies

Over the weekend we sold lots of sunbed courses, with many customers taking advantage of our celebratory 25% off vouchers. Our Ergoline beds are state-of-the-art and super safe, so it’s no wonder they’re so popular. The vouchers were also redeemed against lotions over the weekend; visitors couldn’t get enough of our renowned Australian Gold range.

As well as giving out exclusive discounts, we ran a special draw for guests to win some super prizes. Everyone who bought a sunbed course over the weekend received a free entry into the competition, which was drawn on Saturday. The lucky winners received a goodie bag each, packed with treats including 90, 60 or 30-minute sunbed courses, Australian Gold lotions and gorgeously scented candles and diffusers from our Tanya Bardo home fragrance range.
