Calling All Charities to Bramhall & Woodford Rotary Club Dragons’ Den

After the phenomenal success of the Duck Race in May the Bramhall & Woodford Rotary Club has over £5,000 in a prize pool to give away to charities and good causes.

Taking the format from TV’s Dragons’ Den, the Club is asking for anyone connected with a charity or worthy cause, who would like to appear in the Dragons’ Den and are in the postal code areas SK1, SK2, SK3, SK7 and SK8, to complete and submit an application form.

After the closing date there will be a selection process and then ten successful applicants will be invited to give a very short presentation to our Dragons on 17th September 2014 at Woodford Community Centre. Awards will range from £300 (there are seven of those) up to a fantastic £1500 for the group the Dragons select as their ‘winner’

The application form plus the details of the prize pool, criteria and rules can be found on the Club’s website or via their Facebook page Bramhall & Woodford Rotary..

Application forms MUST be received by August 29th 2014 at the latest.

Don’t be afraid – these Dragons do not bite and will not burn you!
