Bramhall’s Got Talent 2014

Sponsored by Mosley Jarman and organised by the Bramhall Together Trust, nearly 50 contestants on the Imagine FM stage and drew a fabulous crowd for a very busy, fun-filled Saturday for Bramhall’s Got Talent 2014.

Both singers, dance acts, magicians and martial arts experts braved the stage to show off their talents.  We had two special guest appearances from last year’s winner Henry Gallagher and also from “Britain’s Got Talent” Mr Zip who got the crowd rocking with ‘Where’s My Keys’ Where’s My Phone‘.  Mr Zip also sang his brand new track ‘ What time is it Mr Zip’.

Napa, a popular restaurant in Bramhall, had a pop up bar with fabulous food and drinks, Mr Jelly Bean performed balloon modelling, our official photographer was Ian Cartwright of Caramel Photography (click on his link to see more photos), Modern Nails and Little Big Heads donated a iPad to the raffle and the winner was Carol from the chemist on Fir Road.  The winners flowers were kindly donated by Bramhall Flowers.

The Judges were…
Wendy Patterson – Bramhall born and bred, loves theatre, acting, cooking, and works in TV as casting associate.
Mary Robinson – Conservative Prospective MP for Cheadle
Lisa Gibson – Triple Three Solutions Life long Tina Turner fan and loves to sing her anthem – The Best
Mel Commins – The Entertainments Chair for Cancer Research Stockport Relay for Life
Wendy Green I Love Bramhall, music lover and passionate about bringing the community together
Alison Renshaw – Singer, she recently recorded “Strawberry Rainbows” song written in celebration of Strawberry recording Studios contribution to the music industry in Stockport.
Michael BradleyThe Mill, Part time youth worker & Music Producer Singer Songwriter
Jo Brown – Spirit Fitness, loves music, dance and Disney!
Nick Mosley Mosley Jarman Independent business owner, local resident and Manchester United fan
Mark PennellsInnervation Trust director, Manager & Song Writer & lived in Bramhall for most of his life and has worked in music for over 30 years.
Ian Firth – Bramhall based musician and drum teacher, passionate about live music

Lilly Hill from Macclesfield Age 11 2nd Prize £100 – donated by Solfix
Daisy Willock from Cheadle Hulme Age 20 £50 – donated by Pryddrech Financial Planning

Although contestants were from around the area, the Bramhall contestants that battled it out were 10 years old Ben Holmes & Cam Hyde, Brian Parker, George Jones, Madelaine Clarke, Megan Harrington. Mia Morran, Sadie Brown and Sarah Barron and Moss Hey’s school choir
