Castle Estates – Who are they?

Castle Estates office opened in the heart of Bramhall village in September 2003.  They are proud to be a small independent agency locally owned and managed.

Their primary aim is to build strong relationships with our landlords and tenants alike; providing excellent customer service with close attention to detail.  This has led to a vast majority of their landlords being long-standing clients who trust and value our approach to managing their properties.

In addition to all of the above, every member of the team grew up and still lives in the areas in which they cover meaning there’s nothing they can’t tell you about the local areas and their amenities, how to get from a to b, where to send your children to school, where to shop, where to eat  and where’s good for that cheeky post-work drink on a sunny Friday afternoon!

Director – Lynn Wood told us “Castle Estates was originally opened in 2003 by myself and my sister Anne, but in 2007 the reins were passed solely to me and with much hard work, dedication and a passion for property continued to grow and develop the business into the success it is today, managing over 200 properties across the South Manchester area”

Unlike larger agencies whose Directors are rarely in the office, Lynn is a very hands on Director very much in touch with how the office is run.

In her spare time Lynn enjoys walks and spending time with the family.  On a Saturday night you’re most likely to find her sharing a nice bottle of wine in the village with her husband.
