I Love PAL Hire

20 Jun 2018

Making sure an event runs smoothly or that a construction site has all the necessary equipment calls for a joined-up, can-do approach and exceptional coordination skills: enter waste removal and equipment hire specialist PAL Hire.

As lots of you will know, I Love Bramhall has organised many local events over the years but there’s one company we know we can always rely on when it comes to putting preparations in place for a knockout event, and that’s PAL Hire. We met up with company directors Sam Snelson and Dan Daintry, as well as marketing manager David Kitchenham, to find out what gives PAL Hire the edge.

Starting out life as a skip hire company a decade ago and moving into the online hire brokerage arena a few years later, PAL Hire has grown exponentially in the five years since the business changed hands. Formerly based in Adswood, the business’ Bramhall connection comes courtesy of Sam’s husband Russell, owner of IT systems consultancy Prestige Logic, which was based in the village until very recently. Now, both businesses have settled at Rhino Court and are going from strength to strength.

Sam and Dan took over PAL Hire in 2012 and soon tapped into the potential of the firm to offer a bespoke, full-service provision that extended much further than skip hire alone. Clients began to ask for greater variety of hire equipment; PAL Hire delivered – it was a move that enabled the business to reach its current level of success, employing 40 staff and managing around 2,500 orders each month.

PAL Hire’s can-do attitude means they almost never turn down requests and have catered for clients up and down the country, going the extra mile in many cases to ensure their customers’ needs are met. Providing hire equipment for small events such as I Love Bramhall’s very own Paws and Play in the Park to much larger occasions like Tatton Park’s prestigious RHS Flower Show, the business has developed an excellent professional reputation locally – and beyond.

Paws and Play

PAL Hire has established productive working relationships with trusted suppliers, which means they can negotiate the best prices for their clients while ensuring optimum service levels. What’s more, customers benefit from a dedicated account manager committed to tailoring the experience to best reflect their unique requirements. Fully ISO 9001-accredited, PAL Hire also provides peace of mind that their services meet statutory and regulatory requirements.

It’s this commitment to service excellence that sets the company apart, and the ethos filters through the firm from top to bottom; the company’s positive business spirit drives employees at all levels to work hard and reap the benefits accordingly. And the journey to the top is something Sam and Dan know only too well, having started out in data entry roles and worked their way up to director level.
