26 May 2017I love Prestbury Travel and we are delighted they are back! We caught up with Emma Bosworth and Mel Rowson to hear more about them.
One of the things that I love about writing for I LOVE BRAMHALL is the lovely people that I meet and experiencing their enthusiasm they have for their business. Meeting with the ladies at Prestbury Travel in Bramhall was no exception. I recently had the privilege of sitting with Sales and Marketing Director, Emma Bosworth and Branch Manager Mel Rowson. They work alongside Dawn, Vicki, and Elaine. YEAH! THE GIRLS ARE BACK IN BRAMHALL!
On the 2nd of May 2017 Prestbury Travel reopened in their new location across from Bramhall Methodist Church at 34 Bramhall Lane South. Mum, Stella and Dad Peter Bosworth (retired), their son James Bosworth and daughter Emma Bosworth are the family that have owned and operated Prestbury Travel Group in Cheshire since 1983. They started with their first location in Prestbury, followed by Poynton, Bramhall and Hale. This independently owned group sells every type of holiday no matter what the budget. They deal with over 300 operators to allow them the flexibility of choice and more competitive pricing. They are bonded by ABTA, IATA and Atol for the clients financial protection. This gives the client peace of mind they would not have when booking themselves.
The new Bramhall location has a bright contemporary interior with a new Kidzone corner to entertain children to allow their parents to focus on planning their family holiday. If so inclined and you would like some privacy they also have a Private Retreat Room for planning that special holiday. “The Girls” in Bramhall have a wealth of knowledge and experience and love to work with their clients to take the hassle out of planning their trip. They pride themselves on their customer service, listening to the needs and desires of the client to create and deliver an amazing holiday. They extend their customer service and provide flexibility so clients can do consultations over the phone or email. Once a holiday is decided upon Prestbury Travel make sure each client is ‘travel ready’ by reviewing all the necessary travel documents prior to booking and assisting where necessary.
