Light Up Bramhall 2013 – Review and Gallery

What a fantastic weekend we had at the Light Up Bramhall 2013 festival of events this year.  It was great to see so many people out to share in the event.

On the Saturday, the Artisan market in the Village Square, was swamped with people enjoying the food and no double doing some Christmas shopping.

Outside the Methodist church our very own Henry Gallagher winner of Bramhall’s Got Talent entertained the crowds. Even Peppa Pig made an appearance, amusing the little ones.

On the stage acts from Nevill Road, Queensgate school, Dance at the Smithy and N Choir all showed off our talented youngsters and Imagine FM very kindly hosted the occasion.

Bars & shops in Bramhall had Christmas special offers – there was even free mulled wine at the Bubble Room! and we were there too giving out balloons in the Village Square.

To round the day off we were very lucky as our Christmas Lights were switched on by Santa himself  (with the help of his friends at the Rotary)
On the Sunday, there was yet more fabulous entertainment in the Village Square with the Artisan market running for a second day and the weekend was topped off with carols beautifully sung by the representatives from our local churches.

Light Up Bramhall is organised by Bramhall Business & Community a group of local businesses and community groups, along with the Council.
