Bramhall is a gem of a Village to live in and we are proud to have so many independent retailers as well as big names providing varied services for our residents. We have lots of wonderful local businesses, shops and restaurants in Bramhall.
Last year our Village Square saw a sea change of growth with many of the empty spaces being filled with new and interesting shops. In fact, there are only three units left available so if you’re thinking of joining our vibrant village with a new venture then please don’t hang about as they are filling up fast!
The Village Square community is made up with shops both in the centre of the square and those attached but on the outside of it too. If you’ve missed the growth of the Village Square recently we thought we’d highlight who they are and what they do…
A Sweet Thought – Full of delicious treats, it’s a classic sweet shop with a modern twist. They also offer a bespoke service for Party Bags, Wedding Favours and Gifts for any occasion and they also supply sweetie tables and Pick & Mix for parties and corporate functions.
Amaranth – Formerly Alexandra Worsley, Amaranth provides not only health & wellbeing products but also a free advice service from their experienced staff whilst you shop. They also have spa rooms upstairs, providing nutritional therapy, intolerance testing, massage, reflexology, podiatry and holistic facials.
Boots The Chemist – A community pharmacy which offers a free repeat prescription service as well has health and beauty products. They have a Kodak photo kiosk where customers can print off instant photos from digital media and they offer a five day photo developing service.
Bramhall Flowers – Our only florist in Bramhall, they provide a wide range of flowers to take away or to send to a loved one. They also offer a wide range of gifts to accompany and enhance your flowers, such as teddy bears, balloons, chocolates, wines and champagnes.They are able to send flowers locally, nationally and internationally with Interflora offering a future day, same day and a 3 hour delivery service.
Clean Inc Limited – Recently becoming the only dry cleaners in Bramhall Village. They offer Dry cleaning and laundry services ocombine the finest traditions of hand valeting with the most advanced techniques in fabric care.
Country Fayre – Delicatessen, café and outside catering offering a new home-made take away range. They also cater for buffets, private parties, office parties and business lunches.
Crookilley Crafts – Greetings Cards & Specialist Gifts – Everything for sale at the shop has been handmade by local crafters and artisans. You can order bespoke items, adding personalisation which makes the item unique.
Jalfrezi – A modern take on Indian cuisine with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, Jalfrezi serves an excellent variety of authentic Indian dishes.
Jinkinson Opticians – Family owned and run opticians providing tailored eye care. They have a full range of optometric services including the latest retinal imaging technology. Providing both glasses and a contact lens service.
Little Bigheads – An independent children’s hair salon, providing haircuts, parties and treats for children between the ages of 0-12.
Loved – A Beauty Salon providing nail services, spray tanning, massage therapy and multiple skin treatments, their aim is to have all their clients’ leaving the salon with a smile.
Martin’s Newsagents – Not just selling newspapers and magazines, Martin’s also stock daily essentials such as fresh milk, bread, chilled foods.
Modern Nails – Offering a comprehensive range of nail treatments including Shellac, they also provide other beauty treatments including waxing.
Mounteney Solicitors – Providing legal services to commercial businesses and individuals all over the UK as well as for local residents.
Modiste – A contemporary boutique selling an eclectic mix of ladies clothing, jewellery and accessories, Modise also provides a bespoke service designing clothes directly for their clients. They can also alter any off-the-peg items to fit.
Oxfam – Charity shop offering unique Oxfam-branded gifts as well as second-hand clothing, accessories, books, homeware, music and vintage items.
Plumcake Café – Providing hearty breakfasts, light lunches and afternoon tea, Plumcake also offers outdoor catering and a selection of gluten free foods.
Poundstop – All for £1 – the place to stop for household items, goods, gifts, cosmetics, food, drink, stationery, garden goods, pet food and DIY. They also have a wider range of items over £1 including plants, storage boxes and children’s chairs and tables.
Ryan Jake – Established over 15 years, Ryan Jake Hairdressers work hard to offer the latest innovative techniques in all aspect of hairdressing.
Sainsburys Local – Offering high quality fresh and frozen food including bakery, alcohol and a National Lottery Terminal.
Scope – Charity shop selling second hand, vintage and new clothes and other goods to help raise money to fund work with disabled people and their families.
Solfix – Not only do Solfix provide new facias, conservatories, doors, windows and rubber roofing, they also are more than happy to fix your misty window, repair a broken door or provide any kind of home maintenance work, they also offer a key cutting service.
The Bubble Room – Family owned restaurant and bar, they serve a fantastic breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner as well as exclusive cocktails, wine and champagne. Days are relaxed and inviting – evenings are lively and fun!
Turquoise – Opening February 2015, Turquoise offers freshly made Turkish and Mediterranean food with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
As well as the fantastic playground to keep the little ones entertained, there is also a cash machine and Photo Booth in the Square.
