Scouts – Charity Post Box
30 Nov 2016Save money and raise money for local charities – 1st Bramhall, 3rd Bramhall, 1st Woodford Scout groups will be running a Charity Christmas Postal service.
The scouts will deliver your Christmas cards to postcodes starting SK7 and Sk8 and all money raised will go to Retrace and the Scout groups
You will find the post box and purchase the special stamps from the following places
- Amaranth – Bramhall Lane South
- Greetings – Bramhall Village Sq
- Fountains Road Cafe – Fountains Road Cafe
- Karisma – Dairyground Rd
- Scorah Chemist – North Park Rd
- Notcutts Garden Centre – Woodford
The stamps cost 30p and can only be used via the Charity Post -do not post in Royal Mail Boxes!
Here’s what to do
- Write your Christmas Cards
- Check postcodes start SK7 or SK8
- Buy Stamps for the places listed above
- Stick stamps to envelopes and post in Scout Post Box.
- Feel good about helping local charities and saving money.
We are sorry but envelopes addressed outside SK7 and SK8, illegible or without a stamp cannot be delivered.
The last day to post your cards is 1pm on 16 December
