22 Oct 2014We caught up with Simon Gilder, Personal Trainer who is starting Boxercise and HITT classes in Bramhall, read about him and his training techniques here..
Simon says ‘If you have decided that you are serious about achieving a fitness goal then a session with me would be the perfect bridge between thoughts and results. Armed with a winning attitude and array of training tools I have been inspiring men and women across the North to achieve their goals and live a happier, healthier lifestyle. After many years playing football and with a number of year’s working with various sporting bodies, I have brought my “no excuse” mentality into the realms of personal training. Using the unique combination of correct nutrition and fun, effective training programs. I have been helping a growing number of individuals reach their goals and achieve their full potential. My tough yet achievable approach allows my clients to understand their potential, build in confidence and reach their goals.’
‘Personal Training is the quickest, safest and most effective way of achieving all of your health and fitness goals. Each of my sessions are specially tailored to the individual clients needs and goals, with constantly changing content to maximize interest and I try to pass on some of my passion for health and fitness. I have already written numerous articles on fitness and nutrition and I am becoming quite well known for my innovative, fat burning circuit workouts. I consider myself to be a highly qualified REPs level 3 advanced trainer and all of my sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs and lifestyle whilst always making sure they are hard work but fun.’

‘My Qualifications and Specialist Areas are in:Level 3 in Advanced Personal Training, Level 3 in Nutrition, Indoor Cycling-REPS Level 3 Boxing, Kettlebell, Trx, Viper, Strength and conditioning, Core Stability, Group Training, one to one training, home or outdoor training, nutrition and weight management, sports specific and metabolic training’
Simon’s classes start on Sunday 9th Nov 2014 at the Scout Hut, Benja Fold, Ack Lane East
– Boxercise will commence at 10am for an hour
– HIIT will follow straight after at 11am for 30 minutes.
Admission for boxercise is £4:50 and HIIT fit is £4:00.
