Valentines Day is not far away so why not learn the Italian way?

We are delighted to offer an Italian Valentines Day Special Competition thanks to Cheshire Cookery School – Learn how to cook a Perfect Valentines Day Meal.

If you love Italy and pasta and generally all things Italian, then this is the class for you and your partner to get ready for Valentines Day. Learn to cook a romantic meal for just the two of you so that you can spend the evening together in the comfort of your own home.

Under the guidance of their expert chef at the Cheshire Cookery School you will cover everything from making traditional pasta sauces, to Italian favourites and to finish a romantic Italian dessert.

The class will begin with a glass of fizz and a chat with the chef about the evening ahead, and then it’s through to the kitchens for demonstrations of the dishes you’ll be cooking. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves put on an apron, learn new skills and enjoy replicating the dishes under our chef’s expert instruction. Classes are fun and informal and when the dishes are completed you can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of fizz.

This is a evening class on 12th February and runs from 6.30-9.30pm.

Everything you need for the evening will be provided for you, all ingredients, wine, recipes, and expert instruction.
