Young Enterprise gain I Love Bramhall as a sponsor

8 May 2015

I Love Bramhall are delighted to become a sponsor of a new local Young Enterprise business “Lunate” from Bramhall High School.

Young Enterprise is a nationally recognised educational registered charity that helps young people in high school or college to become educated and gain skills that would help them in the world of business. As a part of this learning programme, the Year 11 students from Bramhall High school have set up their own business and seek support to succeed in future.

Lunate is a bracelet company ran by students from Bramhall High School.

The members of this company are:

  • James Ledger
  • Lauren Russell
  • Georgia Thorpe
  • Hannah Allen
  • Hannah Murray
  • Reina Daphine

This company makes recycled and genuine leather bracelets with a charm or letters of your choice and also makes paracord bracelets. These are all hand made with care for the customer. The company first started selling them at Christmas at Light Up Bramhall markets which helped for people to become aware of the company. They then progressed onto the Stockport finals in which we got through to the next round and won an award for the best presentation there. They are awaiting the Manchester finals soon and hope to continue making the progress that they have made so far.

Lauren Russell from ‘Lunate’ said “All of this could not have been achieved without the help of the sponsorship by I Love Bramhall which helped us to buy stock and to progress in the competition. We are very grateful for this help and hope that in the future the skills and knowledge we have gained from taking part in this program will help us to active our goals in the world of business”.
