With somewhere as special as Chapel, the team of therapists must be rather special too. Owner Laura has continued to find people who just ‘fit’; who epitomise that Chapel Charm. Chapel Charm is part personality and personability, part professional expertise. Everyone on Team Chapel exudes a genuine warmth and love for their work, and all strive for perfection. It makes a difference. Beauty salons were often slightly daunting places but that will never be the case at Chapel. This is such a happy place – to work or to visit, and everyone is made to feel welcome, comfortable, and totally at ease.

Salon manager Beth is a relatively recent recruit, and one who, Laura says, just ‘fits’. She has been with Chapel a year now and espouses that vital Chapel charm coupled with 12 years of excellent experience. She worked her way up to manager at Clarins within John Lewis and also worked at Bramhall’s Beauty by Barnett. Everyone on the Chapel Team is a senior therapist, so you’re always in safe – and caring – hands. They’re also great friends, which definitely helps the lovely atmosphere at Chapel. As a team, they enjoy spa days, nights out and nights in. Laura tells us, ‘there’s never any stress. Everyone gets on, and gets on with the job. They know what they’re doing and they’re good at it. They also have a great boss!’

The entire Chapel Team’s enthusiasm for their work, their clients and their salon shows in everything they do. They know their products inside-out and will cheerfully recommend – but NEVER hard sell. They know the treatments and love to learn and devise new ones, share treatments and hints and tips, plan events and enjoy monthly team meetings. All this simply adds to the client experience.

But more than that, Laura, Beth and the team go the extra mile to reassure clients in these strange times – and are happy to show any more concerned clients exactly what lengths they go to. Already clinically clean, extra Covid-secure measures include the use of face coverings, disposable towels and allowing extra time between clients for sanitation and social distancing.
