Future Recruitment challenges the stereotype of a typical recruitment company, placing an emphasis on the importance of strong business relationships between their employees and clients. The company demonstrates a willingness to listen and communicate effectively, to facilitate positive working outcomes:

“Future Recruitment has a very close-knit team ethos. The company was built from the very early days by dedicated and committed staff and we have always been rewarded for hard work,” said Clare Devlin, Operations Manager, “We like to show our appreciation to all our staff, and recognise that sometimes going that little bit above and beyond is needed for the benefit of the business. We love to send our teams out for activity days, holidays or treats as well as reaping the financial rewards!”

Clare Devlin has worked at the Cheadle Hulme office since 2007, continuing her personal development and helping the company develop its excellent reputation:

“I joined Future Recruitment in the Administration team in 2007, and have recently been promoted from General Manager to Operations Director. I enjoy making sure that the company is running smoothly on a day to day basis and overseeing the performance of the employees. I’m a big people person, so I love the fact that I get to interact with each of our staff on an individual level. I also generate sales and get huge satisfaction from working with such an incredibly hard-working team on a daily basis.”

Competition within recruitment is fierce, with rival companies in both the virtual world and the high-street. Company differentiation is paramount within a saturated market, yet Clare Devlin has outlined what makes Future Recruitment unique:

“First and foremost, we’ve accumulated an array of experience amongst our staff. We’ve been trading for over 16 years and our sales team has a combined total of sixty plus years of experience within the recruitment sector. We know what it takes to get the right matches for clients, and we deliver quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining a professional service for both the candidate and the client.”

A progressive, forward-thinking business, Future Recruitment has continued to develop since its formation in 2002. Following I Love Cheadle Hulme’s initial visit in 2016, the company has advanced further:

“Since I Love Cheadle Hulme’s previous visit, we’ve continued to be a market leader in our specialist sectors. We’ve created and recruited new positions within the business to tap into current market conditions. We like to contribute to our community and have successfully organised and hosted our own charity ball to raise funds for a very well-deserved local charity.”

Future Recruitment is always on the lookout for great local talent. If your looking for a new career, please email Clare Devlin: [email protected]
