Transform Personal Training is run by Esther Farrington, she specialises in personal training, weight management, nutritional coaching, pre and post natal training as well as being a Metafit and Insanity Instructor. She believes that given the right advice and guidance, anyone can achieve their goals.

Boot Camp : Mon 7pm | Wed 7pm | Sun 9am
Metafit : Tues 7pm | Thurs 7.30pm |  Sat 8am
Mums & Babies : Mon 10am | Weds 10am
