China already has 667Mn internet users, and a rapidly growing middle-class segment for consumer brands to target. The Creative industries sector and tourism are also benefitting from this rise of the middle class in China who have a disposable income and new tastes. Likewise, China’s plan of moving from being a manufacturer of quantity to one of quality, is leading to new opportunities for innovative UK business that can add value to the manufacturing supply chain and in technology more generally. The Healthcare and Education sector are another two areas with major opportunities for British organisations.
