Snowden Wilkinson Estate Agent, Cheadle Hulme are based prominently on Station Road in the very heart of the village. They’ve been part of I Love Cheadle Hulme since the get-go, back in 2016, and said they always knew when we’d featured a property. It would go viral! That’s not the only reason why we love them, though – there are many!

Recently, Snowden Wilkinson’s stellar reputation has ensured that their horizons have expanded beyond Cheadle Hulme, though Cheadle Hulme remains core to the business. They’ve worked as much as ever in Cheadle and Bramhall, of course, but recently find themselves heading out and about, often into Woodford and Poynton, sometimes beyond.

They’re also seeing first-time buyers looking at Edgeley, Shaw Heath and Offerton – just like we did back in the day. And it’s not just residential sales and lettings, but demand for land has shot up, too.

We can but dream, however, it’s the three- and four-bedroom houses which are flying. Sometimes it seems that everyone wants to live in catchment for Cheadle Hulme High School. That, or on the edge of the Ladybrook valley with easy access to open countryside yet with all mod cons – and transport links – on the doorstep. Cheadle Hulme’s newest pubs, bars, and restaurants along with brilliant indie businesses such as Pimlott’s and Waterhouse’s really do give us the best of both worlds.
